Do not let your heart envy sinners, but always be zealous for the fear of the Lord. There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off. Prov. 23:17-18
Father in Heaven, as I approach you in worship this week, help me to fix my eyes on You and Your purposes rather than worldly distractions around me. I realize I am safe in Your hands, and my only hope is that I would be found faithful to the calling with which You have called me. Help me to be satisfied in You as You keep me safe and secure from all alarm.
